VOTE WITH LOVE is a storytelling and civic engagement campaign that uplifts stories of acceptance and support between trans AANHPI people and their families.
By sharing these stories alongside accessible civic and policy education, this campaign seeks to disrupt harmful narratives, strengthen community understanding, and inspire action in support of LGBTQ+ families. Through interviews with Trans and Queer AANHPI individuals and their parents, we highlight stories of love, acceptance, and support, demonstrating what it means to show up for one another across generations.
What We Want Audiences to Believe
Queer and Trans AANHPI people belong in our families and communities.
Supporting LGBTQ+ family members is an expression of love and responsibility.
Civic participation is personal, not abstract. The policies we vote for affect the lives of our children, siblings, cousins, friends, and community members.
