Xin (pronounced “shin”) is a seasoned fundraiser and resource mobilizer with over 15 years of experience in philanthropy and frontline fundraising. She has moved resources for movements advancing LGBTQ+ advocacy, immigrant justice, harm reduction, and workers’ rights.
