#RedefineSecurity
#RedefineSecurity is a project that aims to document stories of queer/trans Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander (API) people experiencing Islamophobia, surveillance, and profiling more generally. As we raise up the narratives of our community members who have experienced profiling based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and more, we ask ourselves to challenge our investments in policing–and reimagine alternative forms of safety.
