Whether in San Jose City Hall, during his twenty years representing California in Congress, or his service in the Cabinets of two President, Secretary Norman Mineta was a trailblazer who defined what AANHPI leadership can and should be- community-centered, forward-thinking, and boundless. His passing is a moment to mourn and also reflect on and commemorate a truly iconic life and legacy.
