- Filing Complaints Related to Private Airlines / Airline Personnel: Department of Transportation’s Aviation Consumer Protection Division collects complaints and conducts investigations regarding airline services.
- Filing Complaints Related to Travel (airports, train stations, crossing the border, etc.)
The Department of Homeland Security’s Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Division — This division will forward the complaint to the appropriate agency. Note: This form must be filled out, saved, and emailed.
- Department of Homeland Security Traveler Redress Inquiry Program (DHS TRIP) — DHS TRIP will forward the complaint to the appropriate agency.
- The Federal Aviation Administration Office of Civil Rights collects complaints regarding discrimination, intimidation, or retaliation regarding airport personnel.
