Scholarships
Ultimately, we hope to bring as many people to the conference as possible. We are working to raise additional scholarship funds, but at this time, scholarship funds are limited, and we are able to offer scholarship help cover the cost of the registration fee only.
To foster diverse participation, we will prioritize financial assistance to individuals from underrepresented groups and those with no access to other avenues or organizations for support. Criteria may include (but not limited to) an individual's sexual orientation, gender/gender identity, age, ethnicity, ability/disability, and geographic location.
To apply for a scholarship, first register for the conference as a Scholarship Requestor. Complete the registration form and the Scholarship-related questions. Your application will be reviewed by the QAPI Conference Scholarship Committee, and you will be notified of any scholarship awards or registration waivers.
If you do not receive a scholarship, you will be responsible for paying the registration fee, and we will notify you of how to make your payment.
