All conference participants are responsible for booking their own lodging, travel to and from Seattle, and transportation to and from the conference facilities (University of Washington).

Roommate Requests and Groups & Families
When signing up for dormitory lodging, groups and families can request to stay together. Individual dorm residents can state their roommate preference on the dorm room registration page.
Transgender
UW regulations require the dormitories to collect gender information. We have requested that the UW dormitory registration form include transgender, as well as female and male. The gender identification information will be used to assign residents to rooms and bathrooms. Those who identify as transgender will be assigned to floors with gender-neutral bathrooms.
Families with Children
Children nine (9) years of age or older must occupy a bed and are charged the full package rate. Children eight (8) years of age or younger may bring a sleeping bag to use on the floor of a fully-occupied room at no additional charge. A fully-occupied room is one in which all available beds have been paid for at the package rate. Cots, cribs or extra bedding for those children sleeping on the floor are neither available nor provided. There may never be more than two (2) adults and two (2) children assigned to a room. Children in the residence halls must be supervised at all times by an adult assuming full responsibility for their safety and behavior.
Two hotels near the University of Washington campus, Watertown and University Inn, are offering special conference rates for attendees. To get conference rates, use the code "NQAPIA" when making a reservation. Please note that conference rate rooms are limited and going fast, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

By Car: If a number of you are traveling from the same region and each of you has time, consider driving to Seattle. It's a beautiful summer excursion, especially from West Coast.

Buses: King County Metro offers bus service from the airport to downtown Seattle. Another easy bus ride will get you from downtown Seattle to the University of Washington campus.
